As a part of our Leadership Team, Kathryn heads up Finance steering business decisions. When not at her desk crunching financial numbers, Kathryn enjoys being on the courts playing Pickleball.

As a part of our Leadership Team, Rob is strategically positioning the company for future growth. Rob continues to head up our Permanent and Temporary Solutions teams as well as National Accounts. Outside of work, Rob is passionate about the sports industry, he is a ex professional BMX racer, played semi-professional soccer and coached Billericay Town FC. 

Specializing in Engineering recruitment, Kevin is instrumental in his division. When not recruiting, Kevin spends his time golfing, playing hockey, or manicuring his garden.

Heading up the Western team, Chris brings an extensive background in Engineering Recruitment across Canada.  Chris is passionate about building high performing teams delivering exceptional talent.

Heading up the GTA, Paola is heavily involved in Supply Chain and Logistics while supporting a number of Manufacturers in their recruitment mandate. Paola loves to travel and has been to over 30 countries. Outside of work, Paola enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Based in our Kitchener office, heading up our Pulp and Paper Team, Justyn supports industrial clients across North America. Outside of work, Justyn enjoys football, basketball, fishing, and most of all family time.

Working out of our Calgary office, Nick Heads our Manufacturing Team. When Nick not working, he’s catching up on the latest binge-tv fad or out hiking (or skiing in the winter) with his dog-child, Baxter. Nick is also passionate about the sports industry. He watches plenty of Steeler football or Flames hockey over good BBQ with his friends he has met over his time in business.

Franci is a Human Resources professional with experience working in full-cycle recruitment, developing headhunting strategies, conducting interviews, background checks, onboarding, training, and development. Result-driven with a proven track record in talent acquisitions. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Noah has a passion for sports, having had a Varsity Baseball career at Brock University and serving as a Coach for over five years. His experience and passion for sports has developed his skills in leadership, determination, and flexibility, that has become an integral part of his success in recruitment.

Born and raised in the country, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family, weekend stays at the family farm, working on DIY home projects and weekly trips to the farmer’s market.

A seasoned Headhunter, Scott partners with leading Engineering Consultancies across Ontario. Scott is a proud Canadian and former professional caddy on the PGA Tour, a big sports fan and supporter of our Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays.

Senior HR and Talent Acquisition professional, with  experience in human resources and talent acquisition, specifically related to the engineering, mining & environmental sectors. Mary has spent half her career time in HR working for companies such as Golder, Hatch, and GE Water and Process Technologies, and the other half doing Executive Search.  Mary is involved is associations such as
Women in Mining (WIM), and was the Co-Chair for the Executive Committee for CIM GTA, 2018 - 2021.
